This free community educational event is for people who want to know more about Adult Education and what it offers.
At Open House you can learn about basic adult education courses such as Computers for Beginners right up to going to College.
This event is a great way to find out what courses are taking place within County Sligo this Autumn and what opportunities there could be for you.
Open House 2018 is an Information and Enrollment day for people who want to find out what Educational Options they have when it comes to their education and building a better future.
At Open House you can come and find out about the courses we offer people living in County Sligo and beyond.
Open House is ideal for anyone who is working part-time, unemployed, recently retired or looking to return to work or want to update their skills.
We even have information for newly graduated Leaving Certificate Students or people looking for a
career change.
During the day we will have open discussions on what you could do with an Adult Education Course:
- To being an Adult Learner covering topics such as day or evening learning and how you can work towards developing your knowledge and skills.
- What a Post Leaving Certificate Course is and how you can used this to help boost your Leaving Certificate Points or Employment
- To upskilling in order to work towards promotion or change careers
- Apprenticeships or Traineeships for people looking to enter the Professional Trades Arena?
